One of the most romantic bridal trends we are obsessed with are blush-hued wedding gowns. This alternative to off-white is extremely flattering on nearly every skin tone and with every hair color! Whether you’re a millennial pink gal or a rosé all day type of bride, we got your back!
If you’re disappointed with the selection of blush wedding dresses in traditional boutiques (and who isn’t?), then Anomalie is the solution for you! With Anomalie, you can design the custom wedding dress you want with a variety of blush options. Found a dress you love in white? We can design something similar in blush!
Here’s how to get the blush wedding gown of your dreams:
Pick your silhouette and fabric
There are a variety of ways to achieve a blush dress in different silhouettes using a combination of lining and tulle. While we don’t offer blush gowns in our crepe or structured fabrics (just yet!), we can help you get creative to create the perfect hue. Want a fitted lace gown? We can create a blush gown with our lining and tulle stack-ups. Want a flowing chiffon blush dress? We can add a blush lining to create the look. A-line gown with a subtle pink glow? No problem!
Select your color
You’ve already decided you want a blush gown, now what? You get to decide the EXACT shade of blush to go for! With Anomalie you actually get multiple options, compared to the boutiques with a limited selection. Whether you go barely there, whisper pink or full on rosy, your stylist can help you decide what works best with your dress and looks amazing with your skin tone. We offer three varieties of blush:
- Blushing Bride: a soft, traditional light pink
- Bellini: think subtle peach, just like the brunch cocktail
- Vintage Rose: nude with hints of light pink, perfect for a rustic wedding
Add blush accents
Rose-colored accents are great for complimenting your soft white dress or creating a cohesive blush look. Rose gold sequins would be a glamorous way to incorporate this on-trend color into your gown. We can also add blush or rose lace!
Stylist Tip: If blush isn’t your color, we have tons of other non-white wedding dress options, from nude/champagne to lavender and light blue. We’re also proud to offer a diverse range of skin-toned illusion fabric to match every skin tone!
